Playa El Valle

Beach located between Samaná and Las Galeras.

As its name indicates, El Valle (the valley) is a beach surrounded by two mountains, with big breakers.

In El Valle Beach, it is possible to swim in salt water (the sea) as well as in the river fresh water (ideal for the children when the waves are too high). Be carefull with the current which is very strong on this beach.

A walk to the Lulú waterfall through giant bamboo trees is worth to enjoy a bath in fresh water.
